Swedish Institute Management Programme 2015 is now open for applications

The Swedish Institute Management Programme is a unique executive management training programme for leaders and “rising stars” in managerial positions within trade and industry in China. The programme is fully financed by the Swedish government and is focusing on how to build successful and sustainable future businesses on the basis of corporate responsibility or CSR. Candidates from all over China are welcome to apply.

The 20 selected participants will be offered:

• An international network of companies and future top managers
• Access to the knowledge of top leaders in business and the public sector
• Insights in corporate responsibility and sustainability
• Increased personal competitiveness on a global level
• Management training, tools and contacts for personal development

The participants will during the programme still be able to continue with their daily work, except for two weeks when visiting Sweden for the first module in March and two working days and a weekend in May for the second module in China.

Deadline for application is September 1^st 2014.

Profile of applicants

Generally we are looking for candidates that are:

• Chinese citizens residing in China
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Working with CSR / sustainability (or having a very strong documented interest in the area)
• The advisable age of the candidate should be between 25 - 40 years
• Flexible and open-minded
• Ambitious and has a high level of integrity

瑞典对外交流委员会管理项目是一个针对中国贸易和工业领域领导职位的“新星”开展的独特行政管理项目。该项目由瑞典政府资助，关注如何在企业社会责任的基础上建立未来成功的可持续业务。欢迎中国境内候选者踊跃报名。

20名入选者将获得：

申请人条件

一般情况下，候选者应具备以下条件：

• 居住在中国的中国公民
• 英语口语与书面表达流畅
• 从事企业社会责任或可持续发展相关工作（或对于这一领域有非常强烈的兴趣）
• 候选人的年龄最好介于25～40岁之间
• 思想灵活开放
• 雄心勃勃且为人正直诚恳
